This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Dental clinic hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8:30am to 4:30pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am to 8pm.  Dental: At 968 Fairfield Avenue Dental department and at the Paul P. Liscio Dental Center located at 46 Albion Street, preventive, restorative, and rehabilitative dental care is provided by the dentists and dental hygienists. Services include:      Dental Hygiene (Cleaning)     Fillings     Oral Cancer Screening     Root Canals     Limited Endodontics (Root Canal)     Oral Surgery     Periodontics (Gum Disease)     X-Rays     Oral Health Education Sliding Fee Schedule Program: SWCHC offers a Discounted Fee Schedule Program for patients who do not have insurance or whose income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty level.
