This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. This clinic offers preventive, restorative, and rehabilitative dental care which is provided by their dentists and dental hygienists. Services include: Dental Hygiene, Fillings, Oral cancer screening, Root Canals, Limited endodontics, Oral surgery, Periodontics, X-Rays, and Oral Health Education. They offer a Discounted Fee Schedule Program for patients who are uninsured or whose income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty level. Work Hour   Monday - Friday - 8:30AM to 4:30PM Mon. & Wed.
