They have many programs that help to provide services at little or no cost, their team can help you determine if you qualify. CCHC also accepts cash payments based on your ability to pay. They can offer a wide variety of services through a Sliding Fee Discount Program. The Sliding Fee Discount Program is available to all eligible patients, and is calculated based on annual household income and family size per the federal poverty guidelines.
