Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Dental clinic providing a full range of services, including cleanings, dental exams, dentures, extractions, fillings, oral hygiene instruction, restorative care, root canals, sealants and X-rays. Excludes cosmetic dentistry and orthodontia (braces).Eligibility:  Low income and medically underserved individuals and families.Fees:  Accepts Medicaid, BadgerCare Plus, and some private insurance. For the uninsured, a sliding fee scale is available.Hours:   Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
