Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Provides comprehensive, preventative, restorative (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.) and emergency services.  Dental Services include:  Cleanings  Oral hygiene instruction  Dental exams  Restorative care  Dentures  Extractions  Sealants  Fillings  X-rays The Sliding Fee Discount Program is a Federal program that allows North Lakes Community Clinic to discount their normal charges for health care services rendered at their locations. The Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program is available to all qualifying patients regardless of insurance status.  North Lakes Community Clinic will never deny healthcare based on the patients inability to pay.
