Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Services include dental exams, teeth cleaning, fillings, extractions, dentures, dental sealants, and emergency treatment.For those who are not eligible for other forms of coverage, CommUnityCare offers a sliding fee schedule payment system.
