The Sliding Fee Program is based on family income and may reduce your bill 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% or more.  You may qualify with or without insurance and you may qualify even though you have Medicare or Medicaid.Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Tuesday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
