Dental Services:  Routine exams and treatment  Cleanings  Fluoride treatment  Dental x-rays  Dentures  Sealants  Fillings  Space maintainers  Extractions For patients without insurance or insurance with a high deductible, they offer a sliding-fee scale that is based on family size and income to ensure that quality care is readily accessible to everyone.  Eligibility for the sliding fee must be renewed on an annual basis. Dental Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.
