Adults seeking service must be able to provide proof of income need, referral paperwork, and SC photo ID with a Richland or Lexington County address.Clinic Hours:Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (both locations)Clinet lotto will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Monday.Be sure to call and check that the clinic is open.
