This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. CommWell Health dental services include emergency care, preventative care (dental cleanings, sealants, fluoride); maintenance care and routine visits, restorative care, comprehensive treatment plans, oral hygiene counseling/patient education and parent involvement.  They have special time for emergency care without appointments.  Their clinics are staffed with professional licensed dentist, registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, and friendly front desk staff.  Their operatories are equipped with state of the art equipment and digital x-ray units.  They also have state of the art electronic health records and dental records software.  Services Include:        Comprehensive Exam        Dental Cleaning        Fillings        Partials        Crowns        Root Canals        Dentures        Gum disease treatment        Extractions        Orthodontic referrals        Specialists referrals when neededThere is a nominal fee for the health care services that they provide.  However, because they are a Federally Qualified Health Center, they are able to offer reduced rates to people who qualify and no one will be turned away based solely on their ability to pay.
