Agape Dental Ministry provides free dental care to the under-served residents of Mecklenburg County.  Eligible patients must fall below 200% of the poverty guidelines and be over the age of eighteen. Because of our gratitude to the men and women who serve our country, we see all military veterans and their spouses. We can offer these free services because of the generous support we receive. Provided Services Oral Exams Dental X-rays Fillings Extractions Dental Cleanings Qualifications Mecklenburg County resident--photo identification will be required Eligible patients income must fall below 200% of the poverty guidelines--proof of income is required Must be 18 years and older No dental insurance All military veterans and their spouses regardless of income or residency Appointments New patients are seen approximately every 2 months Existing patients must bring their appointment slip to each appointment Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time All patients must call (704) 778-1204 to make, cancel, or change their appointment at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time When an appointment is not kept, we reserve the right to no longer see that patient Other Information Handicapped parking is available for anyone with special needs The Dental House is fully handicapped accessible Please bring a list of all current medications to every appointment If you need assistance due to language or disability, feel free to bring someone with you--our space is limited so please limit it to one Work Hour Varies *** A note about our hours Hours and days of operation vary due to the availability of professional dental staff.
