Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. This location offers health care for the entire family, and is now accepting new patients. Medicaid, and most HMO and insurance plans are accepted, in addition, they do offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income at this clinic. A Walk-in Clinic for acute complaints (sore throat, cold rash, abrasion, laceration, ear ache, etc) is available from 1-5 Monday to Friday, as well.
