Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Services Include:  Dental screening Cleaning Fluoride treatment (which may possibly be applied two times during the school year) Sealants Referrals for prescriptions and dental emergencies The Choptank Community Health Sliding Fee program covers payment for necessary medical & dental care and medications purchased through the Choptank Health Prescription Centers.
