Primary Health Services Center (PHSC) is a private, non-profit clinic 501(c)(3) founded in 1997 by local citizens. PHSC, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is involved in community based primary healthcare.  Sliding fee treatment for those who qualify. Work Hour   Mon - Tues - Wed - Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday Only: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
