Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Tuesday   8 AM - 8 PM Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM As a federally qualified health center, all of PDCHC's sites see patients regardless of ability to pay. Low-income and uninsured patients must apply and provide documents to prove eligibility for discounted health services as determined by Federal Poverty Guidelines and must be reverified on an annual basis.
