Services Include:    Preventive care such as teeth cleanings and fluoride treatments    Emergency dental services, including extractions    X-Rays    Restorative treatment    Oral health education Dental Office Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM.Sliding Fee Scale and Insurance:Family Health Centers provides services to anyone, regardless of the ability to pay.  FHC accepts most insurance plans.  FHC uses a  sliding fee scale to determine “discounts” based on your family size and income. The sliding-fee-scale determines how much you will be asked to pay on the day of your visit, and how much you may be billed afterward.  FHC’s minimum fee for Dental Services is $30.00.
