We provide medical and dental health services at discounted, affordable rates to everyone who visits our health center by partnering with businesses, community groups, local governments, and individuals. CHC is not a free clinic, nor do we offer pricing on a sliding scale. Everyone pays the same discounted rates on services. From time to time, we do have financial assistance available that can be applied for by patients that income qualify.
