    The Jefferson County Dental Department is a team effort between their Mobile Unit and their Land Clinic. Their goal is to work together with their community to overcome the adverse effects of tooth decay. With oral hygiene education and regular dental visits they feel that they can accomplish this goal. This location accepts Medicaid insurance for children through age 20, and all others are seen on a cash pay basis. Services at this facility include: examinations, cleanings, fillings and extractions. Dental services are available Monday through Friday.Who is Eligible?    Children 3 year old to age 20 receiving Medicaid    Patients over the age of 20 receiving Medicaid may qualify for emergency dental care    Emergency dental care is only provided during normal hours of operation    Cash paying clients (Individual with no insurance)You must bring the following to your child’s appointment:    Your child’s Social Security Card and Medicaid Card;    Your Driver’s License or other form of photo ID.    If you are not the parent, you will need to bring proof of guardianship or custody.
