This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. In February 2008, CHS expanded its dental health care services in Collier County by opening the Countryside Dental Center. Adolescent dental services available to your child and all children in Collier County. The goal is to provide your child with a happy and healthy dental experience. The office is conveniently located just south of Davis Boulevard at Heritage Trail in East Naples. Primary dental care is provided for children and adults: -routine examinations and x-rays -teeth cleanings and fluoride treatments -sealants -fillings -pulpotomies and stainless steel crowns -tooth extractions -nitrous oxide analgesia -space maintainers -night guards -partial and complete dentures -crown and bridge -root canals Accepted insurance plans, including Medicaid and some private insurances.
