The Dental Health Center (DHC) is a clinical educational facility supporting the Delaware Technical & Community College, Dental Hygiene Associate Degree Program. It is the mission of the DHC to provide quality dental care within the community while enabling our students to meet the educational requirements of the dental hygiene program.The DHC is located in the Delaware Technical & Community College, Wilmington campus - situated on Orange Street between Second and Third Streets in downtown Wilmington. The DHC financial assistance program is designed to provide individuals an opportunity to receive dental care at costs that are reduced, based on household income and size. Work Hour Monday - Thursday 8:30 am -11:30 pm and 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm
