The Stratford Community Health Center (Optimus) is one of the best dental clinics I had the pleasure of reviewing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly office staff and skilled dental professionals. The facility was clean, modern, and they were adhering to COVID-19 health protocols. The hygienists and dentists were patient, thorough, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process. It was evident they cared about their patients' well-being by the attention they gave to detail. The appointment scheduling was straightforward and convenient, and their prices were reasonable. The Stratford Community Health Center (Optimus) is an exceptional dental practice that I would recommend to anyone in the area.

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Services:Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Dental, Behavioral HealthNo InsuranceOptimus Health Care offers a Sliding Fee Program Discount based on income and family size, for those patients who do not have insurance. You will be asked to complete an application and provide our office with income verification (two recent pay stubs), address verification (utility bill) and identification. You must be prepared to pay a sliding fee which will be determined at the time of visit.
