This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. We offer low-cost dental services for uninsured patients. Services include, cleaning, extractions, root canal, crown, and fillings. Payment is based on sliding scale (proof of income, proof of address, and picture ID). Clinic Hours: Tuesday through Saturday   9 am to 5 pm
