Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Offers a Sliding Fee discount based on family size and income. Hours:   Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm  Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
