This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The dental clinic’s goals are to provide quality, comprehensive, and affordable dental care to the Native American population of San Jose and neighboring cities. Accepts Medi-Cal and most private insurance plans. Uninsured persons with a certain level of income may qualify for the "Discount Program" and receive services below the already reduced fees (proof of income is required to apply). Hours Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm. Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Saturday appointments only, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.
