This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The Village Family Health Center provides integrated physical and behavioral healthcare, including a full spectrum of primary care, pediatrics, psychiatry, dental care, case management and more. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), most of our services are available at no cost to most patients.Full-Service Dental Clinic – Qualifying patients can receive preventive and restorative dentistry, dental prosthetics, and full and partial dentures.Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 am - 4:45 pm.  Closed 11:45 am - 12:30 pm. Thursday, 8:30 am - 11:45 am; 1:00 pm - 4:45 pm and 5:30 pm - 8:45 pm.
