Patient Enrollment Coordinators assist you with all your managed care needs, including enrollment into Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, AIM and Medicare Advantage, as well as Primary Care Provider and Healthplan selections. On-site Department of Public Social Services Worker enrolls qualified patients into the Medi-Cal and Food Stamps program. Patients with or without insurance, Medi-Cal and Medicare are welcome at Arroyo Vista, services are provided to you, our valued patient, regardless of ability to pay!
