This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. CommuniCare’s dental program establishes a sound basis for promoting a healthy lifestyle that includes adequate and proper dental care. Dental services include:  Oral exams  X-rays  Cleanings  Preventive care  Dental sealants  Fillings  Root canals  Emergency care  Oral surgery  Crowns and dentures  Dental education  Dental assessments for school-age children CommuniCare Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center, offer a sliding fee scale discount on services if you are ineligible for health insurance. The discount is based on household income and family size. Dental Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Evening hours every other Wednesday until 9:00 pm.  Evening hours Thursday until 8:30 pm.
