Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Offers routine exams and cleanings, oral hygiene, instruction for young patients and parents, digital x-rays, fluoride treatments, restorative treatments and emergency (pain relief) treatments. For individuals meeting income guidelines that do not have and are not eligible for any other form of health insurance, they are able to provide outpatient care, for a sliding fee patient co-payment.
