The staff welcomed me with smiles and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. The facilities were clean, and equipment was up-to-date. My dentist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment options thoroughly. I was treated with care and respect throughout the whole process, and I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. BBAHC offers a sliding discount for certain medical services. The discount is based on income and if qualified, can reduce self-pay amounts owed from 25% to 100%. Please note that prescription refills are not covered. For those who seek treatment at the Community Health Center at Kanakanak Hospital, you may qualify for the sliding fee discount based on your income. In order to be considered you must verify your estimated annual income each year. This health discount is available for all residents and non residents who visit our clinics in the Togiak or Chignik sub-regions and is based on your income level. Services: comprehensive examinations, same day walk-in emergency care, preventative treatment (sealants and fluoride varnish application), dental hygiene (teeth cleanings and non-surgical gum treatments), restorative treatment (crowns, bridges, fillings, partial dentures and complete dentures), oral surgery limited root canal therapy treatments.
